The 1944 D over S Twenty Centavos is unique among USA/Philippine Die Varities in that it is the only time during the 43 year history of U.S./Philippine coinage that a mint mark was ever over-punched with the mint mark from a different mint. The NGC population for this coin in MS66 is 6 coins with only 4 specimens graded higher.
